Puppies -- We raise an average of 1 litter of Chihuahua puppies each year. We take a waiting list for planned litters, and accept reservation deposits on choice puppies before they are ready to go. Our puppies are given full family privileges from birth onwards, and booster vaccines, housebreaking progress, and other training will be age-appropriate when they leave for their new homes.

Adults -- We do not rehome retired breeding dogs. We love our dogs. Because of our lifetime commitment to be there for our puppies, have the occasional grown puppy returned due to unforseen family circumstances, and when that happens will look for a new forever home for him or her.

How to Enquire -- There are families and homes that are well-suited to any of our puppies, but others that may be approved only for certain puppies. We want the best for our puppies - when you are ready to tell us what you have to offer, please complete our application questionnaire.

We breed for ourselves, and the characteristics most important to us are temperament and health. We offer a lifetime guarantee against hereditary and congenital problems. Hiccup, Razzle, Oakley & Cookie are our 5th generation of chihuahuas. You are welcome to meet their mothers Magic and Frolic.

The puppies are home-raised. We do not have a kennel facility: our dogs are our family at all times! The puppies sleep beside the bed and spend the day in the room and yard with us. We housetrain early (outdoors, no floor diapers ever!) so that they can enjoy full house privileges. Hiccup is fully outdoors-trained, the babies were be started at 3 weeks age.

The puppies follow us about the house and yard as we go about our day. They play with us, with each other and with their toys; cuddle and choose to nap on a lap when one is available. They also get to come on a once or twice weekly car-ride.

Each puppy is microchipped and vet-checked with up-to-date vaccinations before ready to go. We did nomograph testing to determine optimum custom vaccination schedules for each litter.

We welcome puppy families to come here to pick up their puppies. Delivery or meet partway can be included at no additional charge anywhere between Dawson Creek and Edmonton (weather dependent). A written application is required prior to visiting or reserving a puppy. When you are ready to apply, please be honest about yourselves and your situation so that Hiccup, Razzle, Oakley & Cookie have the best chance of a happy forever home. We know our breed and our individual dogs and want them to enjoy a long life in a well-matched home.

We feed all-natural for optimal health and development. Before they are ready to go, our puppies are also introduced to kibble to ensure they can adapt to a home that prefers the convenience of processed foods. The puppies have hearty appetites and will be able to adapt to the healthy top-quality diet of your choice!
